RPT88 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rpt88 platform, including the website located at rpt88.cam, any associated mobile-optimised versions, applications, and all related services provided by RPT88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "the Company").

RPT88 operates an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving players in Malaysia. Our services include live casino, sports betting, slot games, lottery, and arcade titles, all accessible via secure MYR transactions through approved Malaysian payment channels including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and FPX.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and RPT88. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the rpt88 Platform, through which the User accesses services and manages their balance.
• "Balance" means the total of Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, matched deposit bonus, free spins value, cashback, or any other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account by RPT88.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual monetary deposits made by the Player into their Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by RPT88 prior to processing withdrawal requests and as otherwise required by applicable regulations.
• "Platform" means the rpt88 website, mobile web interface, and any associated software or services operated by the Company.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Authorised Payment Method" means any payment channel approved by RPT88 for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect.

By completing the registration process and creating an Account on the rpt88 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their current form, as well as any future amendments communicated to you in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

Acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite for using the Platform. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are not authorised to register, access, or use the rpt88 Platform in any capacity.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. RPT88 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the rpt88 Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times;
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• Not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Platform;
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the rpt88 responsible gambling tools or through any applicable external gambling authority;
• Not be an employee, officer, director, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of RPT88 or any affiliated entity;
• Have provided accurate, complete, and truthful information during and after the registration process.

RPT88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the rpt88 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number, and a unique username and password. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party. RPT88 will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials shall be attributed to you and you shall be liable for all such activity.

In the event that you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify RPT88 immediately by contacting our support team. RPT88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

All financial transactions on the rpt88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits must be made through one of the Authorised Payment Methods listed on the Platform, which currently include DuitNow, FPX (covering all major Malaysian banks including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, with a general minimum of RM30 for e-wallets and DuitNow.
• Deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account instantly. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes.
• RPT88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• RPT88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 applies. Maximum withdrawal limits are tiered by Account verification level.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests placed on hold pending document submission.
• RPT88 reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews on withdrawal requests that trigger our fraud detection systems. Such reviews may extend processing timelines.
• Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only Real Money Funds that have met applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

RPT88 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to specified wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus wagering contributions vary by game type: slots generally contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute a lower percentage, and certain games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely.
• RPT88 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of existing Bonus Funds already credited to active accounts.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Subsequent deposits made while a bonus is active will not attract an additional bonus unless explicitly stated.
• The Birthday Bonus is credited automatically to eligible accounts during the player's birthday month, based on the verified date of birth on the Account, tiered by VIP level (Bronze: MYR 188; Silver: MYR 388; Gold: MYR 888; VIP: MYR 2,688).
• The Referral Bonus of MYR 38 per successful referral is credited upon the referred player completing their first qualifying deposit. Both parties must have separately verified accounts for the bonus to apply.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, collusion, systematic pattern betting, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of all Bonus Funds, reversal of associated winnings, and permanent Account suspension.

All bets and game plays conducted on the rpt88 Platform are subject to the general rules set out in these Terms, as well as game-specific rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict, game-specific rules shall take precedence over these general Terms with respect to that specific game.

• Once placed and confirmed, a bet may not be altered or cancelled by the Player. RPT88 may void or cancel bets in exceptional circumstances, including technical errors, obvious pricing errors, or events where the outcome has been determined prior to the bet being accepted.
• RPT88 reserves the right to set maximum stake limits and maximum payout caps on individual bets and cumulative winnings. Limits vary by game type and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• All sporting event results used to settle bets are sourced from official governing bodies. Results are final once settled and will not be revised unless RPT88 determines that an error occurred during settlement.
• All slot and table games operate using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. RTP (Return to Player) figures are calculated over statistically significant volumes of gameplay and are not guaranteed on any single session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, RPT88 will endeavour to resolve any resulting disputes by reference to server-side logs. RPT88's technical records are deemed conclusive in the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes.
• RPT88 reserves the right to suspend or delay the settlement of any bet pending investigation of potential rule violations, irregular betting patterns, or data integrity concerns.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rpt88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all Bonus Funds, forfeiture of winnings derived from the prohibited activity, and may result in permanent Account closure:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC, or impersonating another person;
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic or pattern-based wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting" in a manner that violates these Terms;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker soft-playing and chip dumping;
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting or decision-making software on the Platform;
• Chargebacks: Initiating or facilitating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your payment provider in respect of deposits made to rpt88;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder, conceal, or transfer proceeds of criminal activity. RPT88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities;
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its systems, or another player's Account, or interfering with the normal operation of the Platform in any way.

All content published on the rpt88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of RPT88 or its content and software suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: (a) resell or commercially exploit the Platform or its content; (b) copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform; (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools.

Any unauthorised use of the rpt88 Platform or its content terminates the licence granted in this Section and may constitute a violation of applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RPT88, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from your own wagering decisions;
• Interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or events outside RPT88's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials;
• Any errors or omissions in Platform content, provided such errors are corrected promptly upon being brought to RPT88's attention.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit RPT88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

RPT88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools and policies apply to all Accounts on the Platform:

• Minimum age enforcement: The Platform is restricted to players aged 21 and above. RPT88 conducts mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests submitted to our support team will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's Account will be suspended and no new accounts will be opened for the same individual.
• Reality checks: Session time reminders can be enabled to alert players to the duration of their current gaming session.

RPT88 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Account holders via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Non-material changes, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications, or updates to contact information, may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with the closure procedures outlined in Section 5.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RPT88 holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and RPT88 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at the contact details provided in Section 15. RPT88 will acknowledge your complaint within three (3) business days and endeavour to reach a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction for resolution.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, RPT88 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or any other rights.
